IXth International History, Philosophy & Science Teaching Conference

The International History, Philosophy & Science Teaching Group is holding its Ninth International Conference at the University of Calgary in Calgary, Alberta, Canada from Sunday June 24th to Thursday June 28th, 2007. Educators, historians, philosophers, teachers, scientists, mathematicians, and cognitive scientists from over 30 countries will engage with theoretical curricular, and pedagogical issues in contemporary science education. The International History, Philosophy & Science Teaching Group aims to improve science education by having theory, curriculum, and pedagogy informed by the history and philosophy of science.
